Introduction
As operator of the Portal, the site administrator respects the privacy and personality of Internet users accessing its Portal. In this context, it undertakes to process personal and non-personal data collected during the use of its Portal in accordance with the present provisions and in strict compliance with current data protection regulations.
1. Definition and data collection
Personal data :
This is data that relates to you and can provide information about your person. Examples include: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and similar information.
We comply with the rules imposed on us by Swiss data protection laws and, where applicable, those of the European Union. This means that we are transparent with you about the personal data we process. We only process the personal data we obtain from you by filling in forms.

In addition, your IP address is recorded during your visits and must be retained and disclosed in accordance with applicable legal requirements in the event of a request from the competent authorities.
Non-personal data :
When You browse our Portal or our Application, we and the third parties we work with collect non-personal data through various technologies.
Non-personal data is information that cannot be directly linked to your person, i.e. your identity. We make no connection between your personal data and this data, which therefore remains anonymous to us.
Why do we collect this data?
We collect and process this data in order to constantly improve your browsing experience and our services, and to tailor them to your needs. This data also helps us to analyze traffic and establish audience statistics for our ads and services, and to provide you with relevant advertising.
Sensitive personal data :
According to art. 3 let. c LPD, sensitive data concerns religious, philosophical, political or trade-union opinions or activities, health, privacy, race, social welfare measures, criminal or administrative proceedings or sanctions.
The mynti.ch website does not process any sensitive personal data.
Furthermore, none of our partners processes sensitive personal data.
2. Use and transmission of personal data
By providing us with personal data, you agree that the Mynti.ch website may process your personal data for the following purposes:
- fulfill contractual or legal commitments;
- check access authorization and manage user account (if any) ;
- inform you of updates or changes to our products, services or events, as well as changes to the GTC, etc. ;
- fighting fraud ;
- issue invoices ;
- develop and maintain customer relations;
- suggest or put you in touch with partners
- for marketing purposes;
And, in the case of non-personal data, for :
- conduct audience analysis, market research and publish statistics;
- design and improve our offers and services;
- analyze user behavior with anonymous data;
- insert targeted advertising by the Company or by third parties (with whom we work) on our Portal, our Application as well as on Facebook, LinkedIn or other sites on which You may subsequently browse.
You agree that your personal data may be transmitted to the site administrator (for the proper functioning of the services) and to its partners.
The use of personal data transmitted as part of a promotional offer (competition) or by filling out an online request form with an Advertiser for a property that interests you or by filling out an offer request form;
No other transmission, transfer or sale of your personal data to a third party outside the site administrator.
We reserve the right to disclose data in accordance with the law, e.g. for the purposes of tracking and uncovering illegal activities.
3. Cookies
A cookie is a file composed of a set of characters that is sent to your terminal when you browse a website or application. The cookie enables the site or application to recognize you on subsequent visits.
Cookies enable us to observe the behavior of Internet users and store useful data to facilitate future browsing.
What is the purpose of analyzing web-user behavior?
On the basis of this statistical data, we can carry out analyses and make the necessary improvements to make your browsing on our Portal and Application even more pleasant and efficient.

Why keep your data?

4. Use of tracking technologies on the Portal
The Company uses anonymized technologies to analyze visits to its Portal in order to continuously improve it. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ad Manager, Newrelic, the IP Label probe and internal tools are used for non-personal analysis of Portal usage, statistical evaluation and overall performance. In doing so, information on operating system, browser, geographical origin (country only), pages consulted during the visit and interactions (e.g. number of clicks on an advert, on a telephone number, on advertising banners, etc.) as well as the various response times of the pages consulted are recorded.
5. Transfer of personal data abroad
We may transfer your personal data to third-party companies (contracted service providers) located abroad if this is necessary for the purposes of the data processing described in this data protection declaration. These companies are subject to data protection obligations to the same extent as we are.
7. Data security
Our site and our partner for the hosting of our infrastructure do our utmost to ensure the security of your personal and non-personal data collected on our Portal. We are constantly optimizing our processes and tools to prevent any intentional or unintentional, illegal or unauthorized manipulation, modification, intrusion, deletion or transmission of your data.
Our employees and those of our partners are bound to secrecy and to respect the legal provisions on data protection.
However, absolute security on the Internet cannot be guaranteed, and Visitors use the Portal at their own risk.
8. How long we keep your data
Your personal data will only be stored in identifiable form by mynti.ch to the extent required by and for the duration of the services subscribed to. It is then deleted from mynti.ch files.
The Visitor notes that data may be retained beyond this period and disclosed to the competent authorities, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular in the event of suspicion of illegal activity and/or at the request of the authorities.
9. Your rights regarding your personal data
Your personal data belongs to you. You have the right at any time to know what is happening to it and to decide what to do with it. Under the Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
Right of access :
You have the right to know at any time which of your personal data mynti.ch processes.
Right to rectify your personal data :
You have the right to have your personal data corrected at any time if you notice that we are processing incorrect data relating to you.
Right to the deletion of your personal data :
If the processing of your personal data is no longer necessary, for example because you no longer have a contractual relationship with mynti.ch or you no longer agree to your personal data being processed, you may request that we delete your data. We will delete your personal data only if we are no longer required to store it for a certain period of time, e.g. by virtue of a legal retention obligation.
Right to restrict or block the processing of your personal data:
You have the right at any time to have the processing of your personal data restricted or blocked, provided that we are no longer required to store or process them for a certain period.
Right to object to processing :
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the data protection provisions at any time. You can do this by logging in to your account. A simple e-mail to info@mynti.ch with the corresponding withdrawal of consent information will also suffice. Please use the e-mail address with which you registered with immobilier.ch. In this way, we can be sure that the objection really comes from you.
Please note that it is not possible to object to generic advertising on our Portal.

11. Final provisions
Amendments to these provisions
mynti.ch may amend these provisions at any time. The modifications are applicable with immediate effect to any Visitor, even if the Visitor has already accessed the Portal and accepted the present provisions.
Invalidity of certain provisions
If any provision hereof shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect. In such a case, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to what was originally intended.
Applicable law and settlement of disputes (place of jurisdiction)
Any dispute arising from the processing of data collected by mynti.ch through the website is subject to Swiss law, to the exclusion of all other laws and conflict of laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any proceedings arising therefrom is Geneva.
